Wonder if it is possible to use a lq4 crank in a ls3 engine block ?

Yes the crank should work. You have to use the right reluctor wheel to match your setup . If you are putting it in something with a 24 tooth reluctor you can run a 4x cam sprocket and extend you can sensor wires to put it in the front cover.
