Default speakers

my front door speaker on the drivers side does not work, ive had two different hus in the car so i know its not that. ive tried replacing the speaker so i know it must be in the wiring. how do i rewire the door speaker to the hu or if theres a factory amp? and what are the small boards on the inside of the door panel that the tweeters are hooked up to? is that only for the small speakers or is that intended to run both?

the small boards are the factory crossovers.

the easyest way IMHO buy a set of component speakers that have the cross overs with them. find the white and gray wires that are coming from the back of the head unit. they are your front speakers, splice wire from the back of the head unit directly to the cross over that came with the new speaker. and then run wires to the woofer and the tweeter. and def cap off any open wires after cuttin from old harness
