Default How heavy is dynomat?? -Compared to stock stuff?

After my recent 10+ trip to go to Lubbock Texas, I was reminded yet again of how much it sucks on LONG drives.. The exhaust really need to be quieter, and the inside is just too damn loud. -Stripped too much off the car on my weight reduction binge last year, should have kept the stuff rot he trunk and floors.

Anyway, is the Dynomat heavier than the stock insulation and is the spray on stuff any good? I found some stereo forum that said it wasn't as effective.

Ideas??

You need foam to cut road and exhaust noise, not just Dynamat.
