Default Audiopipe TS-V6 wiring

Does anyone know how to wire up a Audiopipe TS-V6 sub in a 2002 Trans Am? This would be in the back seat. I'm still using the factory amp. I see on the drivers side, the factory speaker wires are red and red/black. Is the solid red wire positive(+)? And the red with a black stripe negative (-)? Is there a difference which set of these go to which side? There are 2 sets, one on each side of the speaker. I wired mine up to a Kenwood DNX8120 head unit. I turned it on and i get very low sound out of it. I have not wired up any other the other speakers yet. The old factory ones are unhooked at this time.

You will find two pairs of wires for each speaker in the sail panels. One pair goes to the terminals on one side of the Audiopipe sub and the other pair goes to the terminals on the opposite side of the sub. In each pair, the red wire goes to the screw terminal with the red dot and the black wire goes to the unmarked screw terminal.

I had them wired up correctly. I found out my amp is going out.

Odd, I thought our amps were reliable. How'd you come to that conclusion?
