Default Can I copy the Map DVD of the Navigation System?

My car is 07 Denali

The DVD costs $75 in ebay, I am trying to copy the original one to save it from scraches, can I do thaT?

I'd think you could. There is DVD copying software online that will clone copy right protected movies so they might be able to do this too. I'd give that a try.

most cd/dvd burning software should be able to make a copy of the disk, assuming it's not too scratched up to read. i don't use windows, so i can't recommend some windows software, but if you're the linux type, try k3b or gnomebaker.

Most map DVDs are dual layer.

Some use "hidden tracks" so you just can't copy all the files, rewrite them to a new disc and expect it to work.

Be prepared to make a lot of "coasters".

i've never copied a map dvd directly, but i've seen a few burned from iso images. works fine. just give it a shot.

I use any dvd and clone dvd from slysoft myself. Give that a try.
