Default Alarm Problem

Alright, few months back i locked my keys inside my car, again. So i used the trick a member showed me on here and was able to get back in. The alarm went off like it should have but each time i lock it from the inside or from the key pad the alarm will go off for 2 honks then shut off. Iv asked my Auto Tech teachers and they said it could be some sensor in the door that i may have damaged. Anyone know what exactly broke and how i could fix this problem, its getting really annoying hearing it going off everyday!
