Its pretty easy to get to, the turn signal flasher is under the driver side footwell panel (the middle panel, not the one directly over the pedals) and its just 2 phillips screws up top and 2 9/32 screws down bellow. The flasher module is sitting right above the OBD port, just pop it out and it will go right back in. You will also need to replace the hazard light flasher, its the same EL12 module and its located on the lower left drivers side kick panel, kind of right behind the hood release. I dont remember exactly how to get to it but it shouldnt be too tough... good luck.

I just replaced the one for the turn signals, and my hazards still work fine

Are you running LED flashers? The stock thermal flasher might work but it will either blink really slow or fast, or wont blink at all.
