Exclamation Radio won't work HELP!!!!! PLEASE

I have a 98 Camaro SS. I was going to wire my fuzz buster into my fuze box. I took the radio accesiory fuze out and put the positive wire in there and touched the ground to bare metal just to see if it would work. Well it didnt work. So i plugged the fuze back in and my radio said LOC on it and it wont do anything i checked all the fuzes and none are blown and i pressed every button on the radio and nothing will respond i have unplugged the ground to the battery to reset the computer but that didnt work either. If anybody could help me that would be great. Thank you.

Not sure if this is still a valid number or anything but this is in the FAQ:

Otherwise you may have to go to the dealership and have them unlock it.
