Default What's going on with my amp?

I've had my system installed for about a week now. It was playing perfect, then I came across a problem with the left channel going bad. It would start playing really low and distorted kind of. My right side has worked flawlessly, but I can't figure out what's going on with the left side.

I plugged the left side into the right terminals on my amplifier and it played very well. So I concluded that it was a bad LEFT terminal on the amplifier. So I tried putting them on the rear channels, and it's doing the same thing again.

The left side went out playing low and distorted and the right side was working as normal.

Is my amplifier shot? or is it something with my speakers?

If you swapped the inputs and it stayed on the same channel, and you swapped the speaker outputs and it stayed with the channel (following it to the new speaker) then the amp is shot.
