Double din help!!!!!! I need some help picking a Double Din Unit. I want to purchase the Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD. Only problem I can see may be the location of the RCAs on the back of the radio. I havent seen anyone install a Double Din radio without the RCA's being on the pigtail. So if someone could please shed some light on this it would really be helpful.
