Default radio wires + bcm?

ok, quick question that a search couldnt answer. i pulled all the radio wiring from my car, and when i took the 2 yellow wires (radio and radio accessory) out of the fuse box (driver side dash) they both go to a fused link and then become one wire that goes to the bcm.

my question is, is that a radio only part of the bcm, or will not having one of those wires powered not let the bcm work at all?

any help would be GREATLY appreciated

they tell the radio to turn off when the key is off and the door is open. or to turn off after a certain amount of time when the key is removed.

just remove it from the radio, i think the bcm shares that connector from other things.

sorry, i was looking at chevy. for the pontiac it is just showing radio and steering wheel controls in the bcm. it shows a yellow wire and dk blue at the bcm. the dark blue goes to the fuse box and comes out yellow. do not remove the dark blue wire because it control the window switches.
