Default HELP: No reading from O2 sensor

My front passenger side O2 sensor is not getting a reading. I'm interested to know what the problem could be.

I am sure the O2 sensor is in perfect working order - That can't be it.

I plugged the rear O2 harness into the front O2, and switched the pins in the PCM (essentially switching the rear O2 harness and making it a front harness) and still, no reading.

What could be the problem?!

That sounds odd...

Is it throwing any codes? Misfiring at all?

I started one there as well.

The car is in open loop right now, so no codes or anything. It's just flatlining when I'm datalogging. It's not too happy when the car is put into closed loop.

I've connected the O2 sensor to the driver side rear O2 harness, and swapped the pins in the PCM. Hopefully this will work. If not, I have no idea what it might be. The PCM itself perhaps?
