Radio not working?

Radio not working? Radio is doing the weirdest thing. I think that my alternator has been crapping out on me, and so lately, i have a had a lot of rpm dependent interference (whine), when i listen to the radio. Yesterday, i noticed that the whine has gotten even worse, and while i am listening to my ipod, it suddenly shuts off, then turns back on. It does this a few more times, and so i bring it home and decide to leave it alone for a bit. When i go to try and use the radio later, i get no sound. The head unit (pioneer 7600DEH) has full power and everything works, but i get no sound. Also, it takes about 2 minutes for my power antenna to go down, instead of going down immediately when the car is shut off. Weirdest thing. Any suggestions
