Default Steering wheel control adapters for aftermarket radio?

Ive been looking around and Im trying to see if I am going to need the steering wheel control adapters for the new unit i just picked up PIONEER AVIC-U310BT if i do need them, where can i find them? Im guessing there really isnt a way to keep using the 12-disk cd changer? I really dont use it anyways, but it would be nice. Thanks guys

I have a Pac Swi-X I am looking to get rid of. I am not 100% sure if it will work for your application, but if your set-up can use an infrared remote then the swi-x will work for you. PM me for details.

Thanks,
Alex

Get the SWI-PS. The X will work, but you have to mount the emitter where it'll work best, and sometimes there isn't a very good place, plus it makes the install look awful. The PS plugs directly into the rear of the head unit so you don't see anything. It also works everytime, instead of being kinda finnicky like the X is.

The PAC SWI-PS should work just fine with the head unit.

From crutchfields site.
Optional Steering Wheel Control Compatibility: The unit's 3.5mm wired remote input can be used with the optional PAC SWI-PS steering wheel control interface
