Default Component Speakers

Ok i just installed some Compnentes in the TA and is it necessecary to have that box wired to the speakers that came with it or is it ok just to wire straigh to the 6.5 and tweet since there are already wires for them?

and the box im talking about is the one that has pwr/grnd then the +/- for 6.5 then +/- for the tweet its already installed n sounds nice but turn the base up n u get the paper flap lol typical 60 bucks speakers they r hifonics zues from sonic electronix

man dont quote me on this,, but since noone else has responded i figured i would.. i think that box is actually to keep most the bass from coming to those speakers... i could be wrong though

haha thanks ill just wire it in just for the 6.5 when i have time but thanks tho ill leave the tweets alone they are pretty loud haha

hatws6 is right, that box is called a lowpass crossover it blocks out the bass so your tweeters dont blow up.

Box is unessecary because wiring is already set up for separate tweeters.
