Default Steering Wheel Control Lights

I wanted to get some info on replacing the steering wheel lights. mine were out when i bought the car. how do you replace these? im assuming u take the air bag off then pop out the circuit board? are they LEDS or bulbs of what? any help would be great. Thanks

Just started the hunt myself, seems the links for the steering wheel lights are broken
