Default Factory alarm

When I hit the lock on my remote to turn my alarm on the alarm starts going off. Is there a way to fix so I can lock my car without using the key. Or do I have to repalce the alarm.

Just unplug the shock sensor in the rear quarter area in front of the spare tire. That should make the alarm stop false triggering. If so, you can decide whether to buy a replacement or just leave it unplugged. The rest of the alarm system will work normally but you won't have impact triggering.
