Instrument Cluster Bulb

I replaced the bulb behind the gas gauge and it seems to not work all the time only sometimes. Is there a better fix to this or a better bulb that I can permanently fix this problem? Thanks

Its probably not the bulb. Check the contacts on the board that the bulb screws in to and all of the parts around it. Look for cracked solder joints, etc.
