Exclamation No bass

I bought the Kee Audio replacement setup for my camaro. and i cut and reused the connector for the sailpanel subs,but when i play music i get barely any bass. what did i mess up on?

might have wired them back up backwards. usually if that happens the speaker won't get the full potential so i would double check that.

let me know how you like the speakers when you fix the problem... i want to buy the kee speaker replacement also

you have the bazooka or cdt in the sail panels??

i have the cdt and i have the same problem.

i have the bazooka.i threw away the old speakers,so i didnt save the connectors.

Sounds like you have them wired wrong. These should be wired in parallel due to having dual voice coils. This actually allows them to be used in either Firebird Monsoon that has DVC subs or a Camaro that has a single voice coil 2ohm sub. Using the DVC bazooka sub just means you have to wire them pos to pos and neg to neg like this: http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchf...4-ohm_mono.jpg
This gives you the correct load. That should do it for you.
