If our speedometer is off, will this be innaccurate as well? I currently have to use gps to get a correct speed.

By looking at the pictures it looks like you mount it where ever you desire on the front of the dash. I'm just guessing since the first pic shows it higher up on the window where the rest of the pics show it in the bottom left (which looks better IMO).

Mount it wherever you desire. If your speedo is off this will NOT be off as it is based off the computer. I think I can get OBD1 HUDs as well...

Took a video, will post in a bit...

Price changed, $180 shipped. My first calculation was $20 high because I didn't realize I was including almost 10% sales tax from Cali...

Does one need to put an overlay on the windshield so the HUD will work? If so, is there flexibility in where it is placed?

You can (it comes with tint) but don't need to. You can put it wherever you want...

IMO if its off because you put a gear in then this will be off as well, if its off because your gauge is screwed up then this will read right. I bet it gets its signal from OBDII port so its gonna be same as dash

Good question . . . Does it provide a TACH function for vehicles that have no factory TACH in the instrument cluster ?

If you are OBDII and your computer will send it, it will show the tach...
