hi i have a 97 camaro i got a good deal on but it wont start,and the instrument cluster does not light up the only thing that comes on with the key in the crank position is the fuel pump. i noticed the fuse box in the engine bay was all hacked up wires cut/missing. so instead of trying to trace every wire i think it would be a better idea to start off with a good used harness. would any 94-97 harness work.

does anyone have a write up on cleaning the engine bay fusebox harness, cus i dont have abs or ac so i will have no need for them to be put on. or a write up on what wires i dont need to have in the harness anymore.
