I don't see anything wrong with this product, it's a code scanner for $100. you can buy the same type of software/cable for a laptop. why pay $150-300 for a nice handheld one (and be paying a % of that for the hardware part of it) when you already have a device capable of running the software?

i completely agree... its cool and cheaper then the laptop software/cable

You can also get an OBDII wireless adapter and use it with iPhone and ipad or other capable devices.
