Default Headlights go up and down when 99 formula is locked

First time ive noticed it do that. Got the car late last year and drove it twice before storing it. Just tonight I got out and locked it with the fob and the horn blew twice and headlights went up and down with the locking? WTF. Can
I change this or do I have some

Umm. 58 pages holy smokes. My gears are not worn.lights go up and down fine. I want to know how to stop them from going up and down quick when I lock it with the key fob or if it's even supposed to

Going up and down when they aren't supposed to = worn gears.
