Factory 12 disc problem

Factory 12 disc problem Sometimes it will go a few weeks without doing this, and other times it will happen a few times a day. Seems like when I shut the car off I can come back and when I power the car back on I find that they CD cartridge has been ejected (as far as it can be with the door shut) and the CD that was playing it spit out from the area that plays the disc but still in its individual tray.
Anybody else have this issue?
