Default Possible?

I bought an aftermarket headunit for my trans am that also works with my steering wheel. My power antenna isn't working now, im not for sure if it was right after it was installed. Is there a possibility it does not work with the head unit or maybe the installer didn't hook it up right? It's a jvc I can't remember the exact model

Also, many aftermarket headunits will only raise the antenna if you are listening to FM.

The antenna raise wire in the stock radio harness is pink.

on some of the headunits, the power antenna wire is also the same you would use for an amp turn on.

Alright thanks. Im pretty sure the antenna itself isnt messed up because when i pull it up manually I can feel it pull itself back down. I have tried it in FM and still no difference, I am thinking a wire was left off
