Default Crossovers not working in aftermarket setup

I just installed a set of JL speakers (woofers/tweeters/crossovers) and they worked for awhile until one day one set of the woofers and tweeters (passenger side in my car) stopped working.

I check the resistance from the + going into the crossover to the + going out of the crossover (to either the tweeter or the woofer) and I get over 60k ohms resistance. If I do this for the driver's side I get 10 ohms resistance.

I had a new set of crossovers shipped to me and I get the same problem even if I swap crossovers. I used 16 gauge speaker wire and don't see any damage...
