Homedone 200mph dash
Whats to stop me from putting a 200mph overlay on the dash, and then using HPTuners and keep changing the rear end ratio until I get it right? it wouldnt take that long, just go 60 mph and keep changing the rear end ratio until it read 60 on the dash, right?
what do you guys think, I ask because 300$ is a lot for the 200mph gauge, and i have heard the unit he attaches to the back goes bad sometimes.

Won't work, been doing it for years, won't work. Especially if you have an auto, you'll burn your tranny out with messed up shift points quickly...
Also, even if all the problems didn't exist, just getting it right at 60 wouldn't even come close to getting it right all the other places.
It is expensive because all the drivers have to be replaced. No offense intended at all but this is a mod for the big racers or big car show guys looking for an edge. Costs too much to have any point otherwise, IMHO at least...
