Default Will speakers from a '99 T/A fit an '01 Camaro?

Found some speakers for sale. Was wondering if the speakers from a 1999 Trans Am with monsoon stereo will fit inside my 2001 Camaro also has monsoon stereo. I just need the speakers though, not the plastic overlay piece. Any other stuff I should be aware of for this purchase?

They will physically fit but they won't work well. For example, the sail panel subs in a Firebird are dual voice coil (DVC) 4-ohm but the Camaro has 2-ohm SVC subs there. The doors in a Firebird have the tweeters mounted in a separate pod but a Camaro has the tweeter mounted inside the woofer similar to a coaxial speaker (but still separate components).

So basically, don't get them?

I wouldn't. There are far better options out there. It would be possible to make the sail panel subs work by wiring the two coils in parallel to produce the proper 2-ohm load but there would be no way to incorporate the separate Firebird tweeters into the door speakers.
