Steave Meade is a Car Audio god...Look him up. SMDForums Compare it's price to a Fluke O-scope (Oscillo Scope) and you wont say it's so bad. Plus it just is a visual indicator of when the amplifier starts clipping instead of trying to read a sign wave...

GREAT TOOL

Haven't tried it since I no longer have a system but I've read nothing but good reviews on it from members on his site. As for the price, I'd say it's worth it since you will know you set everything up correctly and won't have to worry about clipping or potentially blowing a speaker.

Well I ordered one. It seems costly still but we'll see if it increases my audio setup...if so will be worth it.

If it works really well and other people are interested in using it, I also wouldn't mind renting it out to people like 69TA does his fender roller.

Would it help find out if it's the speakers or the amp? -differentiate.. I usually set my stuff up with ear plugs in. You can hear a LOT more! (actually)

Finally got this in. Tuned my system, it is clearer. Quieter (bass wise), but I'm not distorting it now (and know exactly where I can turn it up). I have determined I need a bigger box/way better box ($30 truck box off Amazon ftl).

GREAT TOOL
He's great at making things loud, but not great at making things great, if you ask me. Way overrated. And his forum sucks, too full of crazy mods and d-bag users with their audio priorities all wrong. DIYMA is the place to go for real car audio information.

I agree with this...I don't like him as a person, I think he's a stuck up dick from the way he acts, and I personally am not a bass guy I just like to have it. The tool itself however is nice.

That said, anyone interested in using it, let me know. I'll gladly rent it out to anyone that wants to use it for a small fee.

Car Audio Classifieds is where its at. Steve Meade... Is a douche and is terrible at making things loud. People with half the money into their stuff are making him look like dirt. He's all hyped up by noobs cause he hits 156 with 20k powa and rocks RF. He'd shi** his pants if he ran some "real equipment" lol
