I put in a new window motor... new issue... ideas on how to fix this?? *video*

Well my window motor went out, so I replaced it. When I tested the window, its much louder, and actually shakes the car. It seems slow/sluggish too...Ideas??

Bad motor? Where did you buy it? I don't know if the motors are refurbished or brand new when you buy them but I've had plenty of issues with refurbished parts.
