Default New Door Speaker Help

So the Camaro needs new door speakers, I do have the Monsoon system (2002 Coupe) and I know the door speakers are 2OHM and most aftermarket's are 4 Ohm. I read the sticky but I was wondering whats a popular aftermarket speaker to put in the doors?

Kee audio has a nice setup for our doors. Also, if you want another option, read the thread about infinity speakers just below in the forum.

The only thing I found on Kee was a whole car set, I read about the Infinity speakers but I went to there website and didn't see much of anything.

How big are the door speakers? 6 3/4?

Kee Audio can sell you just the speakers you need, I bought the whole package (ultra high end) it has the CDT EU-61CV for the front speakers and they sound amazing, i have the stock monsoon audio, i highly recomend these speakers and kee audio, great service and products (CDT Audio).

The doors are oversized 6.5", so a 6.75" does work. I actually have the 6.75" infinity kappas in my door.

I replaced the stock door speakers with CDT EU-61.2CV and they were basically direct replacement. I even reused the stock gaskets. All that needed to be done was cut the wires off the old speakers and connect them to the new ones. That way I could use the stock connector.

Just look at the sticky which shows which wires go to the tweeter.
