Default alpine cda-105 "current error"

hey guys quick question, i have an alpine cda-105 and the other day randomly when i had my ipod plugged in i was listening to music then it cut off and on the radio it displays "current error". what is causing it to do this?? btw my ipod is an older 32 gb and has work fine with this radio for a year.

thanks in advance!

i've never seen that before, I'd assume its an alternator or battery issue. do you have aftermarket amps? they draw alot of current and if you were really bumpin when it happened that I'd say its a charging system problem.
