Default What is this connector for??

I was replacing my fog light bulb and noticed this connector tucked away behind the fog light. Does anyone have any idea what it’s for? I couldn’t see anything disconnected, and everything works. I didn’t see this same connector on the passenger side.

Hmm, i'm going to have to check that out. We just had a heat wave in southern California and the car didn't show the slightest hint of overheating, but it's worth checking out.
