Default Best Noise deadening product?

I need to know, what is the best noise deadening product out there. I need to coat the trunk and floor of my project car to block out road noise and exhaust drone. I was looking at LizardSkin spray on, but want advice (BASED ON EXPERIENCE). I have used the rolls of "tar backed" stuff before and they always seem to get hot and melt out here (AZ summers). Thus why I was looking at a spray on product that cures.

Thanks,
Chris

Mass Loaded Vinyl actually will block noise the best. Stinger Roadkill Extreme is the most deadener for rattles per $$ I have used it in central Texas no issues.

Just put in Second Skin Luxury Liner Pro on my floorboard, rear seat area, sail panel, and on top of the gas tank hump/ wheel wells and it made a pretty big difference. Gotta do my doors and some more small places but I would definitely recommend it. Interior volume measured at 80 decibels cruising at 70 mph.
