There are write-ups here on LS1Tech.com and all over the Internet, as well; just conduct a Google search if you don't find what you want here.

I converted my gauge lights to LEDs over three years ago, and I really like the results. Just take your time in a clean environment that's as dust-free as possible, and you'll be fine.

P.S. If found that if you firmly twist your car's steering wheel tilting arm, you can loosen it, unscrew, it and take it off. It makes removing your gauge bezel a lot easier.

If you've already taken a look at the thread posted, then you already know this, but the main gauge, turn signal, and high beam indicator lights are plug in LEDs. Anything else is soldered in.

Wow 7mo of membership and 100+ posts and you've already mastered the #1 used response on this site.

OP it's really simple. I just did mine a cpl wkends ago and once you have the cluster out, you can see exactly where the bulbs are located. Twist and pull the out the housings (black caps) and swap in the LEDs. Match the green LEDs with the blinkers, the blue LED with the bright indicator, and the rest are whites. I'd wear some latex gloves.

^Haven't thought about that. Would've tried it on my way to work if I had seen this question prior to coming.

When I did mine they had two settings. Dim and bright.

MAKE SURE YOU GET WIDE VIEWING ANGLE L.E.D
I didnt and I had dark and bright spots. Still looked good tho and I soldered the LEDs to resistors.
