Question subs out of phase?

If I mount my subs with the cone facing the inside of the box and the magnet showing, will I need to reverse the wiring of the subs? If I mount one sub showing the magnet and one showing the cone, should I reverse the wiring of one of the subs?

If you face both in, don't reverse the phases. If you do one in and one yes, then yes, put one of them out of phase.
