Default Interference?

Recently I've noticed some very annoying static/interference coming from the hatch speakers, but I'm not quite sure why.

I have a Z130 and all connections/wiring are fine, along with replacement speakers from Kee and a stealth box from DD. My power wire for my amp runs along the passenger side, and the amp is in the spare tire location. I assumed this was where the static was coming from, but today I spent a few minutes trying to re-create the sound to no avail. It's only when I'm actually driving the car. Can't seem to re-create it while sitting still. Played with the power wire along with speaker wires, rubbing them together etc, but still no static. Any ideas?
