Rear View mirror light and security light stays On!!

Does the dome light also stay on? It is part of the same courtesy light circuit as the mirror lights. If so, it could be the BCM or it could simply be the door switch not indicating that the door is closed. Does the radio shut off when you open the door?
If the dome light goes off as it should then check that the map light buttons haven't been turned on causing the mirror lights to stay on.
The SECURITY light in the instrument cluster indicates a VATS problem. If it is flashing then the VATS system can't detect a resistor pellet in the key - usually because of a broken wire in the steering column or bad contacts in the ignition cylinder. If it is on but not flashing then the system is detecting a resistor pellet but not the correct value. This could be something as simple as dirty contacts on the key or in the ignition cylinder or it could be the BCM (unlikely but possible). Try your spare key first and also clean the contacts.
