Default Unlocking issue

I have a 99 TA. My doors are able to lock with the button on both doors, but when you push to unlock, all you hear is a noise and the doors won't unlock. Anything to help fix it?

Could be, but both at the same time sounds fishy. If you put light pressure on the lock lever like you're going to manually unlock the door and hit the unlock button, does it then unlock or still just click?

I had a door lock problem on my 98 and it was the relay in the BCM that triggered the locks. I work on circuit boards so I simply replaced the relays, but I know most people probably won't want to do that kind of thing or have the tools or know-how.
