AC control problem Hey guys , I just bought a '91 trans am , I know it's a third-gen. But I might find some answers here.
The ac has a strange problem ..
three conditions :
OFF : AC is on and air blows only from floor.
MAX : AC if off !!
NORMAL : AC is on and air blows from upper vents and floor.
(notice) : off and max look like they are switched !!
What could be the problem ?

not sure, but I believe the 4th gens use like vacuum tubes or something like that to control the AC stuff in the dash, perhaps its the same on the third gens and some took the ac out and reconnected the lines incorrectly.
