Default Gauges not working after remote start Heelp mee

I recently had a Viper 5204 installed in an '01 M6 SS, and when the car is started normally (foot on clutch, turn key) only the oil press and voltmeter work; all other gauges flatline. When the car is remote started, all gauges work. After remote start is de-activated (foot on brake), all gauges flatline again.

No clue what the problem is, but i checked all fuses and they were fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The voltmeter and oil pressure gauges are the only two that are not controlled by class 2 DLC data from the PCM. That would seem to indicate that there is a problem with the DLC circuit.

If you had somebody install the system, the simple answer is take it back and make them fix it. Otherwise, you are going to have to get deep into diagnostics checking each connection they made (or removed).
