Default dam rear defog/power seat fuse

Ok, I know that I am about to beat a dead horse but I cannot find the fix. I have the 12v/30amp fuse in and I still get the prob of rear defrost goes off and the power seats will not work. Should I replace the fuse and try again or go to the dealer to have them look at this again. If you wait about two min it will come back on when you press the defrost button but this really sucks. The car is an 01 TA and yes I know I live in Florida but this is now starting to really annoy me now that I am driving the car more. Ok now who can send me in the right direction.
