Question Anyone heard of Z1 Performance Module?

Not sure which section to put this in.
Seen this add on Ebay...

probally some sort of resitor you plug in to make your computer think it is running at a certain temp which allows it to change timing slightly giving you more horsepower.I think ther is a free mod on here that does the same thing.
