Default System help

I have a 98 Trans Am being overhauled I mean everything, It's been sitting inoperable for almost 4 years. I completely gutted, vibration dampened and sound deadened the entire vehicle, inner and outer door skins. I'm giving all my kenwood excelon speakers to my brother, and will probably upgraded to a new Kenwood DD. I just picked up the PA5422 and EA4100 off of Ebay, I love the clarity of my 32440. The system sounded very loud and clear before with my four channel pushing 16 speakers, but now its time for a change.
My question is how should I amplify my speakers, straight 4 channel off one of my amps, or run 2 channels from two different amps to the front and rear speakers. Also does anyone know if I can run an AUX cable on my Kenwood to use my iphone 2.5mm plug for music? Any help is greatly appreciated!
