SWI-RC doesn't seem to work

Default SWI-RC doesn't seem to work
I have the thing hooked up to power and ground and also i hooked up to pin 14 on the radio harness(dark blue). Pins 11-13 have nothing in them. Anyway i got to the point where i could program it, the schematics say setting 1 is what i need and i have the dial set to 3(kenwood but still not working...

Am i missing something in their drawings? I can determine which ones are speaker wires and which are powers. It's figuring out which wires are for the wheel controls....

Wow pretty terrible instructions. Figured it out but it took me an hour.
