Default won't crank! help!!

I wasn't sure where to post this. Mods, please move if needed.
Anyway

Not sure if its related, but two weeks ago my power lock switch stopped unlocking the doors. Only locks. Went to start it today, no crank. Security light isn't on pointing to vats issue like I've had with my other fbodies. All dummy light come on and go off as normal. Turn the key to crank, and you hear the relay click but it won't crank. Battery cables appear to be in good shape, new battery, never had starter problem, and I played with the neutral/clutch safety switch. Nothing. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks

You've checked all fuses?

No blown fuse anywhere, I switches around relays, no change. My optima is showing 12.1 volts, and there is absolutely no voltage drop when I turn the key to the start position. Haven't tried jumping it, didn't see any need with over 12 volts..
