I need to find a replacement switch for my DMH cutout. Dave is almost impossible to get ahold of, so there's no telling on when I will be able to get a new one. Does anyone have a link of an acceptable/usable DTDP 12v on-off-on rocker switch that can be used?

Try delcity.com. They have a DPDT momentary rocker switch intended for power windows that should be good for your cutout. Only $4.72 (seems reasonable).
