Problem with Neo Changer and a 2001 TA /w stock Monsoon system. Anybody have a Neo Changer installed in their Firebird? I bought one directly from SSI America, and they neglected to send me all 14 connector cables they were supposed to bundle with the package. Instead, they sent me one labeled "GM A", and this thing does not connect to the pre-wired CD changer cable in the trunk. However, it does look like it'd hook up directly to the back of the head unit. I really want to make use of the pre-wired CD changer cable, though. And according to another post I read on these forums, I'm supposed to be able to.
If you have a Neo Changer and installed it using the pre-wired CD changer connector, what was the label on the connector cable you used? Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get it to work with the "GM A" cable they gave me? I will bitch to SSI though; they were supposed to give me 14 connector cables. Those bastards :-(.
