2002 Trans Am: Door harness is about destroyed!
That God Damned rip saw that we have as a window regulator has about destroyed my door harness. Can the door harness be replaced?
BTW, if anyone has a power window connector with pig tail, I am in need of one

Not by itself. The wiring in both doors is part of the cross-car harness that goes across the dash from door to door. For a 2002 Trans Am with power windows, locks and mirrors and a Monsoon stereo the part number is 12177643. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be available anywhere online and would cost upwards of $400 anyway (not to mention how much work it would be to install).
Your best bet is to repair the existing harness. Even if you have to buy heat shrink tubing and multiple rolls of wire to achieve color separation, it's still cheaper than a complete harness.
The harness would not interfere with the window regulator under normal circumstances. Have you had body work or other repairs done to the door?
