Default Those whith subthump t-top box.....

Is there room for this amp http://www.mtxaudio.com/caraudio/pro...under1501D.cfm to fit underneath the box. It will have to be angled so i can still put the t-tops in.

It'll be close, but will work. Any amp over 10" won't work, but this one is only 9-3/4". Like you said, you have to angle it. Keep it high in the back and angled down at the front and you won't have any problems.

How far down do the t-top boxes go? Do they just rest on top of where the stock t-top holders are?

Mid shelf level. So yes, right above t-top holders.

Well, here's a shot of my amp rack. This version is not t-top box compatible. But if you were to tilt the amp the other direction and leave the front couple inches clear, then it would work just fine. I have all my wiring and my cap hidden underneath the amp fyi. But something similar would work for the t-top box. And no, my amp doesn't overheat, despite being directly under the box.

my suggestion is go with the millhouse box, and a back wall amp rack. keeps everything clean, and when the t-tops are on no one can see your stuff. JMO gl

The millhouse box doesn't hold 12's. I was going to go either with a single adire brahma or an IDMax.

Here's a recent t-top box I did for a single 12. Right now it's got a type R in it. But eventually will have a brahma in it. The install's not quite finished as you can see. But the formula logo is pretty cool.

Type R? What, is that a ricer sub or something?

J/K, I know what it is....nice setup by the way, although I would try to hide that amp for stealth

Well i guess this thread was all for not. I've decided to go with a stealthbox instead of the t-top box. Before i didn't think i could get the brahma in there with enough air space but i checked with adire and subthump and it's all good. 1 12" Brahma + 1000 watts of clean mtx power =

the Millhouse box does hold 1 single 12" sub. The other good choices are the stealth boxes on the sides. The other t-top boxes look like you will scratch up your t-tops..jmo.. good luck
